The service

Byline reads publicly accessible pages of a website you designate, researches the surrounding market, and drafts written material (directory pages, newsletters, social posts) which you may review, edit and publish. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn during early access.

Your content is yours

You own the drafts Byline produces for your company. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking where needed, and anything you choose to publish — Byline drafts; the editorial decision and the byline are yours.

Acceptable use

Only submit sites you own or are authorized to represent. Don't use the service to produce unlawful, misleading or plagiarized content, to spam, or to abuse the platform (automated scraping of Byline itself, circumventing rate limits).

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byline's operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or non-payment of any fees you agreed to. You may stop using the service at any time; deletion of your data is handled per the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
